We accept returns for items damaged in transit, for refund to the original form of payment or for exchange for in stock items.
All sales are final.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
For a refund or exchange due to damage in transit, email us at info@TeeShirtHead.com within 5 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage. Please describe the damage and include an image of the damaged packaging.
So that we can keep our prices low, we don't pay for return or exchange shipping.
Include your packing slip and return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of your item, we will mail out a replacement, if in stock. If a replacement is not in stock, we will refund the full purchase price of your item to the original form of payment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact USPS and provide your tracking number to resolve the issue.
